What we aim for
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Colour contrast is measured rather than assumed, every interactive element is reachable and visible by keyboard, motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting, and the layout works down to a 360-pixel-wide screen.
Travelling with us
Service animals travel at no additional charge and are never refused. Tell us what you need when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it. One thing we will say up front: we do not currently operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. If you need one, say so and we will help you find an operator who has one rather than take a booking we cannot complete. A folding wheelchair or a walker travels with us without difficulty.
If something does not work
Tell us and we will fix it. Accessibility problems are treated as faults, not as feature requests.
