Cancellation policy
What happens when plans change, and they do, especially in winter.

More than 24 hours before pick-up
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has been taken from your card and nothing will be, so there is no refund to wait for. No reason needed and no questions asked.
Inside 24 hours
The full fare is charged. This is not discretionary and it is not a percentage: the charge runs automatically at the 24-hour mark, and cancelling after it has run does not reverse it. The vehicle has been assigned to you and other work turned away. Tell us anyway, so a car is not sent to wait for nobody.
If we cancel
If we cannot complete a booking for any reason, including a road closure or a vehicle fault, you pay nothing and we will help you find an alternative. If the fare had already been charged, every cent of it is returned to the card it came from.
Flight cancellations
If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you know. We do not charge for a cancellation caused by an airline.
