What happens when plans change — and they do, especially in winter.

More than 24 hours before pick-up
Cancel free of charge and you are refunded in full, to the original payment method. No reason needed and no questions asked.
Inside 24 hours
A charge may apply. The vehicle has been assigned to you and other work turned away. Contact us — if we can refill the slot we will not charge you.
If we cancel
If we cannot complete a booking for any reason, including a road closure or a vehicle fault, you are refunded in full and we will help you find an alternative.
Flight cancellations
If your flight is cancelled, tell us as soon as you know. We do not charge for a cancellation caused by an airline.
