How your price is worked out
Tell us the route and the date and we send you a figure. Not a range, not a meter reading at the end — one price for the vehicle, agreed before your chauffeur leaves.
A flat rate for the route
Not a meter. The price is set by where you are going, not by the traffic on the day, so a slow run up the canyon costs what a fast one does.
Per vehicle, not per person
Four people pay what two pay. The arithmetic against a set of airline tickets improves with every passenger, which is why a group is often better off in one of ours.
Priced route by route
Powder Mountain is 68 miles from the airport; Park City is 34. Some operators charge one flat rate to every resort, which works out cheaper on the long runs and dearer on the short ones. We price each for what it actually takes.
The empty return is in it
On a long run the vehicle drives home without you, and that is in the figure rather than added later. It is the line most operators leave out of the first number they give you.
Peak dates are named
Rates are higher over a handful of windows, listed below. Your estimate names the window it falls in, so a higher price always comes with a reason attached.
Nothing is added at the kerb
Gratuity and Utah sales tax are itemised on the estimate before you agree to it. No airport fee, no fuel surcharge, no card fee.
By the hour, as directed, is priced differently — the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the booking rather than for a route, with a 3-hour minimum. Useful for roadshows, a day of meetings, or an evening still taking shape. Ask for that the same way.
Why the long runs cost more
Powder Mountain is 68 miles from the airport; Park City is 34. The vehicle and chauffeur are committed for most of a half day on the longer routes, and the return leg comes back empty. Some operators charge one flat rate to every resort — that is simpler, and it works out cheaper on the long runs and dearer on the short ones. We price each route for what it actually takes, which means our Park City rate is among the lowest in the valley and our Powder Mountain rate is not.
When peak applies
Peak rates apply on these dates and nowhere else. Your quote names the window before you book — a price never changes after you have seen it.
