Terms and conditions of carriage
The agreement between you and TRL Experience when you book a vehicle.
DRAFT This document has not been reviewed by an attorney and is not yet in force. It is a working draft written against the intended policies, and several clauses depend on decisions the owner has still to make. Do not rely on it.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by email or text. Until then, a quote is an offer of price and not a reserved vehicle. Prices quoted are per vehicle and one way unless stated otherwise.
Prices
The price shown at the time of booking is the price charged. Peak rates apply on published dates only and are shown on your quote before you book. Additional charges apply only for services you use — additional stops, wait time beyond the included allowance, meeting you inside the terminal, and tolls or parking at cost.
Waiting time
On airport collections we allow 60 minutes on domestic arrivals and 90 minutes on international arrivals, timed from aircraft landing rather than gate arrival. Delays caused by the airline are not charged. Beyond the allowance, waiting is charged per minute at the published rate.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up and you are refunded in full. Inside that window a charge may apply, because the vehicle has been held for you.

Luggage
Vehicle capacities are published on our fleet page, with ski and board bags counted separately from suitcases. If a party and its luggage exceed the booked vehicle's capacity we will do our best to accommodate it, but we may need to send a second vehicle at additional cost.
Child restraints
Utah law requires an appropriate child restraint for children under eight years old unless they are at least 57 inches tall. We provide and fit suitable seats at no charge when you tell us the ages at the time of booking.

Conduct and damage
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Where a vehicle requires cleaning beyond normal use, or is damaged, a charge may be applied.
Delays and conditions beyond our control
Mountain canyon roads in Utah close for avalanche control and weather, sometimes without notice. We monitor conditions and will contact you to move or rebook a trip. We are not liable for delays caused by road closures, weather, traffic or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
